Welcome to AIKart. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your information when you use our marketplace, AI testing sandbox, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, as well as data automatically collected when you use our platform.
- Account Information: When you create an account using email or a third-party provider (Google, GitHub, X/Twitter), we collect your name, email address, and authentication identifiers.
- Seller Information: If you list a product, we collect provider names, emails, pricing models, and application URLs.
- Communications & Scheduling: We collect messages sent via our inbox system and details provided when booking a meeting (name, email, timezone).
- Testing Data:When you try an agent, the inputs and any files you submit are sent to that agent so it can run — which means they reach the agent's operator: the seller's own servers, their automation workflows, or a third-party provider that runs the agent. Files you upload for a trial are stored in our cloud storage (AWS S3) under a random, hard-to-guess link and passed to the agent by that link. Do not submit anything you would not share with the agent's operator.
2. Google User Data
AIKart allows you to sign in using your Google account. We adhere to the following practices regarding Google user data:
- Authentication: We request the
openid, email, and profile scopes to verify your identity and create your profile. - Data Storage: We securely store your Google account email and your unique Google identifier (
sub) to maintain your session. - Calendar Integration: When you book a meeting on AIKart, we use our own system-level Google Calendar to generate a Google Meet link. We do not request access to your personal Google Calendar, nor do we read, modify, or delete your personal calendar events.
- Limited Use:AIKart's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. AI and User-Generated Content
- AI Search & Matching: When you search for agents or chat with the AIKart Advisor, your queries and messages are processed by our AI provider (Google Gemini) to understand your intent and recommend relevant tools.
- Sandbox Testing: Data and prompts sent to AI agents hosted on our platform or by third-party sellers are processed to return predictions or actions. Sellers are prohibited from using sandbox data for unauthorized purposes, but we recommend avoiding the upload of sensitive personal data to third-party endpoints.
4. Information Sharing and Third-Party Services
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers that support our operations:
- Infrastructure, Hosting & Database: Amazon Web Services (AWS), in the Mumbai (India) region — application servers, the PostgreSQL database, file storage, and the sandbox environments that run agent trials.
- AI Providers: Google (Gemini) for marketplace search and the AIKart Advisor.
- Email Delivery: Google Workspace, for account, booking and notification emails.
- Agent Operators: the Sellers and third-party providers who run the agents you choose to try, for the inputs you submit to them.
- Authentication Providers: Google, GitHub, X (Twitter), and AWS Cognito.
5. How We Store and Protect Information
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Passwords (if applicable) and sensitive tokens are hashed or encrypted. Uploaded testing files (like .sql databases) are subject to strict size limits, sanitization checks, and ephemeral connections to prevent abuse.
6. User Rights and Deletion
You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your account and personal data. You can disconnect OAuth integrations at any time through your provider's settings. To request full data deletion, please contact us.
